I couldn’t aid noticing that Flickr is desperately brief of flower images so I figured that it was my career as a contributor to this fantastic photographic resource to add a few much more! LOL
The flowers in query had been all bought from the Brisbane Sunday flower market place and the photographs will eventually be incorporated into Keoula’s spring dress collection. In the meantime, they are producing a guest physical appearance in the nickwheeleroz 08 Flickr photograph collection. 
I experimented with a selection of backgrounds, but the ‘brief’ was to shoot them on white which I primarily stuck excessively. I utilized a few of the tile boards from my white background trials to shoot towards. I positioned my large DIY softbox as the principal set alight and utilized a second diffused SB-28 to set alight the flowers from beneath. I positioned a third Sunpak 383 pointing towards the back tile enter to produce the white background.
All the images had been taken with a variation on this complex. The blue track record in the second yellow flower image was bent by turning the background set alight off so the white went to grey and then setting the white balance to tungsten in Lightroom.
The yellow flowers were also in a bit of a sorry state so there was really a lot of touching up in Paint Shop Pro as effectively as the cloning of the odd petal here and there to fill in a number of gaps!
As an up your sleeve, if everyone knows what the purple or yellow flowers are named, please do drop a note in the feedback. It would be very excellent to produce the images a better title than ‘yellow flower’! The purple flowers also had pink and yellow variations in the bunch and the petals felt like paper.

1 of my favorites. I have not observed a giraffe consuming flowers or becoming photographed in this kind of an environment. This wild flowers just bloomed when I was in Savute, I was fortunate =)
